Your Session has timed out or is invalid

You have been automatically disconnected from the BTO Online Server or the connection could not be established. This may be dues to a variety of reasons, some of which are described below.

Some security software (e.g. firewall or anti-virus) stops the session from being created in the first place. We use the session to make sure your data are passed from page to page correctly. If you have recently updated or installed any security software (or even Windows), and this error is now appearing, you need to make sure http://blx1.bto.org is in your 'trusted sites'. You may need to review the security software help to set this up. Once setup, please try again.
  It may be you have left your connection idle for more than 30 minutes. All sessions are timed out after 30 minutes of inactivity to conserve resources. Please close the browser and reopen the Mapping Tool to refresh your session.   Occasionally, something happens that we haven't catered for and this error page appears. Please close the browser and reopen the Mapping Tool to refresh your session.
