Conference Fee

	The conference fee (95 Euro per person) will be transferred to the bank account of BirdLife Hungary as soon as possible.
	I do not have the possibility to transfer the money to the BirdLife account and therefore will pay the conference fee after arrival at the registration desk.

Shuttle Bus from Vienna (EOU Conference) to Fertőújlak (not included in the fee)

I will use the shuttle bus from the EOU Conference in Vienna to the location of the EURING General Assembly. This bus will depart around 10:00 a.m. on 29.8. at the EOU conference location. The costs depend from the number of persons using this option and are expected to be around 15 Euro. For further arrangements EURING needs to know how many people will use this option. More information will be provided in a later e-mail circular.

If provided I would also use a bus shuttle from Fertőújlak to Vienna Airport in the morning of 31 August (arrival at Vienna Airport around 11:30 a.m.). A bus shuttle will be arranged when there is enough interest among delegates, otherwise railway connection must be used. More information will be provided in a later e-mail circular.

Other Travel arrangements (please inform our local hosts in case your plans change)

	I will most probably arrive by train and will use the bus shuttle between the railway station in Fertoszentmiklos and Fertőújlak. Therefore I will tell the local hosts my arrival time at the railway station not later than a week before the meeting.
	I will most probably arrive by car or by any other mean on my own.

Room arrangements

	For my travel arrangement I would like to stay one additional night before the meeting (28 to 29 August). Additional costs for this will be between 9 and 12.50 Euro per person and night.

	I wish to upgrade from the standard 2- or 4-bed rooms to a 1-bed room (also in simple category). The local hosts will inform about additional costs.
