To find your nearest trainer, either enter your postcode in the box or navigate around using the Google map (clicking on the point at the base of the marker nearest to you or double-clicking the map will keep zooming you in).
The pop-up boxes will show you how many trainers are in your general area, and zooming in will tell you who they are and what training they can offer.
To close a box, just click off it or use the cross at the top right corner. Keep zooming in until you've found a suitable trainer near you, and click on the button in the box to send them an email.
